This afternoon Hobbes was diagnosed with pancreatitis, early kidney disease and possibly megacolon. We'll know more tomorrow. He'll be spending the night at the vet getting fluids and other treatment.
"Don't worry, Hobbes. I'll watch your bowl while you're away. You just get better, 'kay?"

Oh............no........not the big orange pumpkin! I hope he's feeling better and back home with Miss Kitty and Hermann and the rest of the zoo soon.
Oh, dear me - not Hobbes. I so hope the darling fellow gets better and can be on a regimen that will keep him healthy as can be for a long time. Bless him and all of the household, too. - Joe
